I would like to thank the fantastic personnel - the whole staff was extremely friendly, helpful at the same time perfectly professinal. Special "thank you" to Pamela and Malon from breakfast team - you were both so kind, caring and helpful - you made our stay extremely enjoyable and relaxing. You serviced us extremelly professionally, but at the same time friendly and kindly. I think the level of your service is exceeding the scale of 10 :). I would recommend the management the award/recognition for them both :). I would definitely recommend the hotel and would like to come back. The breakfast was excellent, breakfast time was so long, the cleanliness and furnishing of the rooms were god, the reception staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and nice as well. Swimming pool was a great realxing time after a tiresome day :).

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. It was close to the train station and close to the cathedral. Our room was very quiet - we looked out over a pretty courtyard, it was probably the quietest room I've ever stayed in! We appreciated the tea and coffee in the room. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the shower was powerful and hot. There was a fridge and TV. The room was cleaned daily. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very nice, in a pleasant room, with fresh waffles, cereal, fruit, cooked items, cheese, ham and bread, coffee and juice, etc etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Location is fantastic. We did have a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the hotel but not a big issue. Very close to Cologne Dom, Cologne HBf and Christmas markets. Comfortable beds, good size rooms - a bit more spacious than other hotel. Has good size wardrobe and plenty of space to put luggages and other items. Buffet breakfast was really good (extra fee). Easy check in and check out. Bathroom is quite spacious with great space to put your clothes and other items. I needed to print out tickets and the front desk were happy to do it. There is a tiny kiosk near the front desk for small items like chips, water, soda, etc. USB slots for charging near the bed and near the desk.

Coffee

Wonderful location, extremely close to the train station/hauptbahnhof but no disturbance from noise. Staff were extremely accommodating. Room was large, clean and spacious. The gym facilities were perfect, and open until 10pm which was very convenient. Check out was at 11am too which was very relaxed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I would absolutely look to stay here again.

This is a great location. It’s roughly 5-10mins from Cologne central station, the famous cathedral and the main shopping centre. So it is very convenient for most tourists. Breakfast was excellent (they served eggs, fruit, cereal, sausages, bread + more) and they had a large selection. Room and bathroom was clean.
